Jay James & Jason Ayala's "Friends" Is an Inspired Flip

But this one is a favorite of mine.Jay James has done it again. His friends are the inspiration behind this one.  The Childish Gambino "Situations" flip producer put a spin on Soulchild's "Just Friends". Jason Ayala contributes warming melodies via saxophone. James on the other hand, manipulates bits of piano, guitar and a beat pad. Musiq's original beatboxing is looped throughout.A through synchronized variation of instruments ultimately create delightful harmonies. Well done Jay, well done.Although he has only 8 tracks or so available via Soundcloud, there's more where that came from. His beats will soothe your soul. His instrumentals never disappoint.
